Enhancements:
ELMSADV-290 - Add Job Number To Customer Specs - Add job number to the header for all customer spec reports
ELMSADV-303 - Include lead contact info on lead list - Include the email, phone, address, state, city , and zip in the lead list
ELMSADV-306 - Add New Lead to main menu. Add the new lead to the main menu. This will be available on all options.
ELMSADV-307 - Add New Lead to main menu. add link to new lead to main menu. The main menu is altered to show leads then prospects
ELMSADV-309 - Save new lead goes directly to lead worksheet . The lead worksheet is displayed directly after the save new lead. With new lead on the menu it is easy to enter another lead. This will prevent the user from having to search for the new lead.
Bug Fixes:
ELMSADV-181 - Date assigned not retained from contact page. From the contact page - if you create a new lead and assign the lead within the pop-up window, the date assigned is not set.
ELMSADV-186 - Incorrect dates on Vendor bid - Updating a vendor bid (i.e. Edit vendor Bid) will set the sent date or receive date to 1/1/1900
ELMSADV-189 - Task Manager Error - Edit task and delete the markup and try to save the task. A general error is produced.
ELMSADV-213 - Google account update - The system does not appear to be updating the google account information on the user profile
ELMSADV-271- Create New Lead . The create new lead from the contact worksheet does not contain all the fields required. It should also use the dropdowns for jobtype and lead source.
ELMSADV-278 - Changing Password. Change Password - reported that changing password is not working
ELMSADV-281- Calendar synchronization produces duplicate entries. Duplicate entries still being produced by calendar sync with google. It may appear for those items inserted by mobile devices.
ELMSADV -291- Unlock project / job not working - It appears that the button to unlock a job is not working as expected. A job that in locked or unlock should appear.
ELMSADV-302 - Letter Blaster Email . Blasting emails does not pick up the email from the lead information - they are all blank
ELMSADV-308 - Copy Estimate - Phase not copied. Copy estimate across jobs is not creating phases in the new job. The copy tasks are still pointing to the original phases.

Features:
ELMSADV-147: Customer Portal – Updates and support infrastructure for Customer Portal.
Enhancements:
ELMSADV-286: Selecting phase on estimate worksheet will display totals and margins specific to the phase. The list of phases includes a default selection “All” that shows tasks and totals across all phases in the estimate.
ELMSADV-284: Reorganization of contacts, and leads. The existing contact menu selection is being re-labeled to “Prospects” to help further define the process. The “Vendor” section under Administration is being moved to the main menu and re-labeled as business contacts. The business contacts has been given a business contact type to help further index your contact list.
ELMSADV-87: Prospect record has an additional field to store a second email.
ELMSADV-277: Jobs, Leads, Prospects, and Business Contacts all use a similar scrollable list. There is no more paging required. This will speed up searches and indexing of list items.
ELMSADV-273: The letter template under Administration has been re-labeled as “Document Writer”. This tool can be used to create both letter templates and contract agreements. The contract tool in the job folder will reference any user created contract agreements. Users may create and choose from many contract agreements.
ELMSADV-208: Export & import of leads. Users can export and import to and from a list of lead information via the leads list.
ELMSADV-145: Alert window has been added to the user’s personal information manager under their calendar. Alerts are indicators that something of importance has happened and you should be aware. An alert is present if someone has scheduled a meeting or phone call for you. Additional alerts will be made available via the Customer Portal.
Bug Fixes:
ELMSADV-285 – Error when estimate created without phase. A default phase “General” will be generated once the job is created. This will eliminate the error produced when creating a new estimate.
ELMSADV-288 – Links to estimates on the contract screen are invalid. This link was pointing to an outdated web form. This has been resolved.
ELMSADV-280 – Emailing a report directly from the report viewer was being delivered in the recipients SPAM folder. This logo image on the email was removed to prevent this in the future.

Features:
ELMSADV-156: Letter Templates - Added letter template functionality to the Administration section. This will allow the creation of letter templates that merge with the database and leads information allowing for mass marketing emails or sending form letters for sales.
ELMSADV-132: Bill of Material Report - Create bill of material or take-off report. The report is located as part of the estimate reports. Bill of materials is calculated using a new attribute on the task called package size.
ELMSADV-231: Create appointments and schedule phone calls. The lead worksheet will allow the salesperson to schedule future phone calls with a specific lead. The schedule call can be assigned to other persons in the company. The scheduled call will be placed on the to-do list of the assigned caller. Appointments and meetings can also be scheduled with a specific lead. Other members of the company may be invited to this meeting. All invitees will receive a notice in their alert windows and also an event on their respective calendar.
ELMSADV-256: Mail Blaster - Blast formatted or templated letters to all selected leads from the lead list page. This will allow for marketing email campaigns and also support a designated sales process.
Enhancements:
ELMSADV-215: Update and configure job types. Maintain the avialable job types that are initially assigned to new jobs. This job type can be used for reporting against different job types.
ELMSADV-252: Copy Estimate - Added button on estimate list that allows the copying of an estimate across jobs.
ELMSADV-255: Lead Email Link - Email address on the lead worksheet is now a link that will start your designated email application in preparation for sending email to this person.
ELMSADV-258: Email Report Message - Add a personal message to the email body when sending the report via email
ELMSADV-260: Draft Customer Specifications - Added a customer specification report with no signature lines. This is used for general estimates.
ELMSADV-261: Job Type Summary Report - Created enterprise report for analyzing leads and sales per job type.
ELMSADV-265: Alert Window- Added alert window to the user specific home page. Alerts will be generated by different events in the ELMS Systems and this window is used to bring the users attention to specific events.
ELMSADV-266: Estimate & Phases - Added phase dropdown to the estimate worksheet. Users can toggle between the different phases. The task categories and task window reflect the phase selection. The phase selection is removed from the estimate list.
ELMSADV-267: Lead Source Summary Report - Update report information.
Bug Fixes:
ELMSADV-254: Authorized Check Error. ELMS administrators are not able to view leads assigned to other salespersons.

ELMSADV-229: Google Calendar Sync: There has been an instance where google sync has made duplicate calendar entries. Is there a way to which items already have been synced. Only sync forward for a specified two weeks.
ELMSADV-230: Job LIst - The date sold and end date are not being displayed in the job list
ELMSADV-234 - Not updating task category list - When inserting a template on the Estimate screen, the only task category sum that is updated is the current category
ELMSADV-67 - Manage Users - prevent users from disabling all users in their company. Also verify that there is at least a single user with admin rights

The two states we work in requires mandatory wording in their contracts and vary in both states
There is a design contract available on the lead screen. This is used to authorize the remodeler to proceed with design of the project. We are planning on building the report writer for altering the contracts and other reports. Our first step is going to allow export to MS Word and allow updates from there. We are setup to allow for customized reports and will be happy to create and customized report if you want to send us the report(s) your currently use.

Sure does Scott.. Can you add a Design contract?? Also the existing remodeling contract will have to be editable or you will need the ability to insert different contracts from the one you have in the system currently.. The two states we work in requires mandatory wording in their contracts and vary in both states

There is currently an option for putting a credit amount in the contract builder on the right side of page under the deposit amount. Both the credit and deposit affect the bottom line contract amount and both are optional. Does this do what you where thinking about?

A feature to lock out other employees from editing an estimate (documents) while someone is working on it. Example is a salesman has an estimate open and is working on it, the estimate should be locked to prevent someone from entering data into the estimate while they are working on it and unlock once they are done with it for that period of time

Scott how about adding a design build contract and the option of deducting the fee from the contract amount. Some companies credit it, some guys bill it as a stand alone cost

Rory - We are in the process of cleaning up the tasks that come with the default database. There are over 2700 tasks. As part of this clean-up process we are adding addtional data to support the material list. Once this task clean-up is complete, we will be able to easily produce a material list.
